Kasey Jones, CAADAC Intern
Kasey came to California to enter treatment for her substance use disorder. The treatment center she attended was co-ed, so when she learned about our program which serves women of all ages, pregnant women in any trimester, and women with their dependent children, she was persistent in her efforts to become an intern! Kasey has a special connection with the mission of NDFW because she had a daughter born during her active addiction. She openly shares her experience, strength, and hope with our current residents and encourages them to never give up, because it’s never too late!
As she shares, “This experience is feeding my recovery. I love showing them that sobriety is possible, and serving as a mentor. I am so thankful to help wherever I can – during groups, assisting case managers, and more – to support the women and the staff alike.”
